1.刚才层：硬度为159DPN的基材。2.锌钢合金层：结构复杂，腐蚀性强，硬度为211DPN,含有FE为7%到11%。3.亚铅层：Fe的含量为6%，无毒，硬度为211DPN耐腐蚀性强。4.纯锌层：变形加工是不容易破裂，锌含量为98.5%，硬度为70DPN。5.阿克苏，诺贝尔彩色离分子高温固化层：卓越的抗紫外线，抗氧化和表面清洁性，较强的防腐蚀性以及抗撞击性。6.高锌磷化层：增强了涂膜与基材附着力，具有很好的耐腐蚀性。
